The programme has provided me with opportunities for not only visiting childcare centres but also being part of the team that supports children with exceptional needs. My experience at the Child Development Centre gave me the opportunity to explore and observe approaches discussed in lectures, which combined theoretical and practical knowledge to strengthen our professional skills. Furthermore, I have received great support from experienced practitioners who provide guidance and scaffolding on my story-telling, prompting, and decision-making skills. By participating in the internship programme, we have gained experience interacting with children and developing our pedagogical knowledge to create a more inclusive and positive learning environment with a multidisciplinary team.
