"English Teaching 101" Workshop

Do you want to become an innovative English teacher, or are you wondering if this should be your future profession? Join us on a fun “English Teaching 101” Workshop and find out more about our Bachelor of Arts and Bachelor of Education in Language Education — English [BA&BEd(LangEd)-Eng] programme on the HKU campus^*!  Details are as follows: 

Date:  May 30, 2022 (Monday) 
Time:  3:00 pm - 4:20 pm 
Venue:  Runme Shaw Building, HKU 

Activities:
1.    Experiencing BA&BEd(LangEd)-Eng students’ approaches to teaching
        Attend a short lesson taught innovatively by our Year 5 students 
2.    Small group discussion: Why choose BA&BEd(LangEd)-Eng at HKU?
        Discuss with our students and hear their reasons and experience of studying this programme 
3.    Guided tour  

The workshop is open to Secondary 6 students. Seats are limited and registration is required on a first come, first served basis. Successful registrants will be notified by email before the event.
