Giving some insights into the academic publication process from the Editor-in-Chief of BJET point of view. In this session, I will briefly present the aims and goals of BJET and present key information on what kind of manuscripts we publish, how they are evaluated, and our vision for the future of the journal. I will conclude my presentation with some tips for early career researchers and PhD students who are aiming to publish in BJET.
