JUPAS Information Sessions 2026

On May 8, 2026, the Faculty of Education at The University of Hong Kong (HKU) organised a series of activities during the JUPAS Information Sessions 2026, welcoming prospective students, parents, and teachers to an engaging afternoon of programme exploration and interactive learning.
The JUPAS Information Sessions is an annual event designed to provide participants with first-hand insights into HKU’s undergraduate programmes. To showcase the unique strengths and distinctive features of the Faculty’s undergraduate offerings, this year’s activities comprised a series of thematic talks and hands-on workshops, allowing participants to experience the dynamic learning environment of the Faculty of Education.
Event highlights included an AI-focused English language workshop, a thematic talk on Chinese language education, an experiential STEM workshop, an interactive mini lecture on sensory integration in child development, a practical workshop on speech therapy, and an introductory Faculty session that offered an overview of the Faculty, academic pathways and future career prospects in education.
Through these activities and engagement with Faculty members and students, participants were able to gain a deeper understanding of the Faculty’s diverse programmes and innovative approaches to learning and teaching.
