Long Service Awards Presentation Ceremony 2026

At the Long Service Awards Presentation Ceremony held on September 9, 2026, HKU honoured staff members who have reached significant service milestones in recognition of their longstanding contributions to the University.

Among the award recipients were three colleagues from the Faculty of Education. Through their experience, professionalism, and sustained efforts, they have contributed to the Faculty's development and achievements in diverse ways. 15 years

• Dr Hui Sau Yan, Lecturer, Academic Unit of Language and Literacy Education (LALE)

25 years

• Mr Murphy Wong, Senior IT Manger, Technology and Infrastructure Development Office (TIDO) 

35 years

• Mr Samsom Liu, Senior Technician, Technology and Infrastructure Development Office (TIDO) (retired)
