- Co-taught professional development workshops on Promoting Reading Across the Curriculum commissioned by the Education Bureau with Dr Cheri Chan (January, November and December 2012).
- Adjudicated Open Verse (Primary and Secondary) sections of the annual Hong Kong Speech and Music Festival (November 2010 - 2012)
- Chaired the Hong Kong Examination Authority Basic Competency Assessment review committee for Key Stage 2 (March 2011 - July 2012)
- Adjudicated the semi-finals and final of the Native English-speaking Teacher Association territory-wide debating contest (March 2009).
