全球學生閱讀能力進展研究 (PIRLS 2021) 的啟示」家長講座

 

教育局及香港大學於2023819日合辦親子閱讀家長講座,向家長介紹PIRLS 2021 全球國際閱讀能力進展研究的結果,讓家長理解從小培養子女良好閱讀能力的重要,營造有利的家庭語文環境和閱讀氣氛,鼓勵家長積極培養子女的閱讀信心、興趣和習慣。有關活動的詳情如下:

Pleasurable and Effective Ways to Improve Children's Reading Ability:
Insights from the Progress in International Reading Literacy Study (PIRLS 2021) Parent Seminar

 

Co-organised by the Education Bureau and the University of Hong Kong, this seminar will present the findings of the Progress in International Reading Literacy Study (PIRLS) 2021, with the aim of helping parents recognise the significance of nurturing good reading skills in children from an early age. The seminar will also provide insights on how to establish an enriching family language environment and reading atmosphere, and encourage parents to actively support their children in building reading confidence, interest, and habits.
