I appreciate everything this programme has taught me.  I have gained hard skills such as information organisation, data foundations, and system integration, as well as soft skills like communication, teamwork, and problem solving.  These skills have served me well in my current position as a sales associate. 

I was interested in many areas, so I took a variety of courses that provided real-world experiences, including internships at an NGO and a library.  My suggestions for new students are to choose your possible directions early on and select courses that align with your interests, as well as to make the most of the resources available around you.
