When I first joined the BSc(IM) programme, I thought it mainly prepared students for the library or information technology sectors.  However, the interdisciplinary curriculum of BSc(IM) gradually taught me how to organise and interpret information, transform data into meaningful insights, and manage projects involving diverse stakeholders.  These skills have empowered me to explore opportunities across various fields, such as banking, professional services, and manufacturing.  Looking back, the BSc(IM) programme did not confine me into the narrow path that I initially expected.  Instead, it provided me with the versatility to create value wherever information, technology and business intersect.
