29 Scholars from the Faculty of Education recognised in Stanford’s 2025 Top 2% Scientists List

29 members of the Faculty of Education have been named on Stanford University’s 2025 Top 2% Scientists List. This recognition not only affirms their individual research excellence but also reflects the Faculty’s steadfast commitment to advancing knowledge in the field of education.
Stanford’s Top 2% Scientists List is compiled into two categories: one recognising recent research influence (2024) and the other acknowledging career-long impact (1960 – 2024). All 29 scholars from the Faculty have been ranked in the “Single Recent Year” category for their contributions to their respective disciplines in 2024. Among them, 19 have also been ranked in the “Career Long” category, demonstrating their sustained scholarly excellence over the years.
The ranking evaluates more than 100,000 leading scientists worldwide. It is determined by multiple indicators, including citation counts, research output, and a composite citation impact metric, using data up to 2024.
This achievement highlights the dedication and contributions of the Faculty’s scholars, exemplifying the Faculty’s enduring mission to foster innovative research that has meaningful and far-reaching impact.
