Professor Timothy Hew named among
Clarivate's Highly Cited Researchers 2025

We are delighted to share that Professor Timothy Hew in our Faculty’s Academic Unit of Mathematics, Science, and Technology has been named one of the Highly Cited Researchers in 2025 by Clarivate.
The Highly Cited Researchers list recognises individuals who have demonstrated significant and broad influence in their fields of research. The selection is determined by the production of multiple highly cited papers that rank in the top 1% by citations for their fields and publication year in Web of Science over the past decade.
Professor Hew is a distinguished expert in the field of Information Technology in Education. His research centres on online pedagogy, instructional design, and e-learning/blended-learning environments. He is dedicated to systematically developing and evaluating theoretically based instructional strategies that foster engagement among learners in online and blended-learning environments, while also investigating knowledge sharing in online communications.
