Inspiring the Future:
Fusing Higher Education Pedagogy with AI Literacy

The training programme, “Inspiring the Future: Fusing Higher Education Pedagogy with AI Literacy,” concluded successfully with the participation of teaching and research staff from Jiangsu Normal University KeWen College. Held at the HKU Faculty of Education, from January 19 to 21, 2026, the programme was designed in response to the accelerating global digital transformation in higher education, aiming to enhance participants’ teaching practices and broaden their perspectives for the artificial intelligence (AI) era. 

The curriculum featured leading practices, innovative methodologies, and insights into future trends. The sessions addressed topics such as the integration of brain science and AI in education, the role of data science in teaching, AI-supported classroom dialogue, and AI applications for protecting teachers’ vocal health.

Through this initiative, participants gained essential skills and forward-thinking strategies to tackle future educational challenges, strengthening their instructional capabilities and perspectives to navigate an AI-driven, rapidly evolving education landscape.
