This programme prepares us to become professional speech-language pathologists through its comprehensive focus on diverse therapeutic areas. Utilising a case-based learning strategy, the courses are well-designed to integrate theoretical knowledge with clinical practice. In addition to local clinical placements, there are abundant overseas learning opportunities. With heartfelt gratitude, I participated in an experiential learning trip to Singapore this summer, where we visited daycare centres for adults with multiple disabilities and special schools for autistic children. This experience not only broadened my clinical exposure, but also compelled me to reflect on how I can enhance the lives of those in need through my profession.
