Kids4Kids Term-time Internship 2025 (NEW)
Background of Co-organiser
Kids4Kids is a charity founded in Hong Kong in 2010, dedicated to empowering children to develop social responsibility, take positive action, and inspire others to make the world a better place. Committed to equal opportunity and inclusivity, we focus on serving the under-resourced communities that are most in need in Hong Kong.
Objectives
- Work closely with the Kids4Kids HQ team at Kids4Kids office
- Offer real world experience with children and youths from diverse backgrounds
- Gain hands-on experience in various areas of Kids4Kids' operations, including leading workshops, planning programs, creating videos and managing our social media platforms
- Provide a unique opportunity to develop valuable skills while supporting meaningful projects that inspire and empower others
Project Details
- Participate in various aspects of programme development and implementation of workshops delivered at low-resourced primary/secondary schools and community centres
- Facilitate small group activities and discussions with students on creativity, character building and community engagement
- Process and present statistics, feedback, data and evaluation results on the programme
- Incorporate feedback to improve programme content and delivery
- Assist in event planning, promotion and execution

Date
- 13 October - 18 November 2025
- Monday: 10am to 5pm (WFH)
- Tuesday to Friday: 10am to 5pm (in K4K office)
Special working hours:
Most activities will be conducted on weekdays, but students may be asked to participate in events/workshops on weekends during the internship. Kids4Kids will grant half-day or one-day compensation leave for working days outside of regular office hours.
Location
- Kids4Kids Office, 16A, Tak Lee Commercial Building, 113-117 Wanchai Road, Wan Chai, Hong Kong
- Students may be asked to participate in events/workshops in primary/secondary schools or community centres.
Eligibility
- PGDE (full-time) students of all majors, preferably in Special Education or Early Childhood Education
- Fluency in English and Cantonese.
- Work or volunteering experience in NGOs, especially in children and youth development
- Knowledge in design and video editing
- preferably with Sexual Conviction Record Check
