HKU Information Day for Undergraduate Admissions 2026

On October 24, the Faculty of Education at The University of Hong Kong (HKU) welcomed prospective students and their families to the HKU Information Day for Undergraduate Admissions 2026. A wide range of activities introduced visitors to the Faculty’s undergraduate programmes and the diverse learning experiences available to students.

One of the highlights of the day was a series of admissions talks, which attracted strong interest from attendees and provided the latest information on programme features, admissions requirements, and potential career pathways. Beyond the talks, visitors also had the opportunity to meet Faculty members and current students, enabling them to learn more about the learning environment and student life at the Faculty.

In line with this year’s theme, “Shape a More Sustainable World with AI”, the Faculty showcased the evolving possibilities of artificial intelligence in education. Through a thematic workshop and interactive demonstration, participants explored effective approaches to information acquisition and gained practical insights into the use of AI tools to support learning.

As one of HKU’s signature annual events, the Information Day connects prospective students with HKU faculties, enabling them to discover different academic disciplines and better prepare for their future studies. The Faculty of Education looks forward to welcoming a new cohort of passionate and aspiring students and supporting them as they begin their journey at HKU.
