Congregation Package

A Congregation package (including the admission ticket(s), a name card and information on the Congregation) has been sent by post to each graduand/graduate with a valid Hong Kong address and who has successfully registered to attend the Congregation. If you do not receive the package by Wednesday, November 30, 2022, please send an email to edugrad@hku.hk immediately, quoting your full name in English, University number and programme of study.

If your postal address is outside Hong Kong, you/an authorised person have to collect the Congregation package from the Faculty Office, 4/F, Meng Wah Complex, HKU. Details on the collection method and period will be sent to these graduands separately.

Please also note that anyone who wishes to enter any part of the HKU campus must comply with the HKU Vaccine Pass requirements at https://covid19.hku.hk/control/hku-vaccine-pass/. Under the “0+3” quarantine arrangements implemented by the HKSAR Government since late September 2022, relevant inbound persons are not required to undergo compulsory quarantine but are under three days of medical surveillance, during which they are subject to Amber Code restrictions. As at November 24, 2022, holders of the Amber Code are allowed to enter the Grand Hall. Please visit the website at https://www.coronavirus.gov.hk/eng/inbound-travel.html for the latest announcement of the HKSAR Government on quarantine measures for inbound persons.
