Congregation Package
A Congregation package (including the admission ticket(s), a name card and information on the Congregation) has been sent by post to each graduand/graduate with a valid Hong Kong address and who has successfully registered to attend the Congregation. If you do not receive the package by Wednesday, November 30, 2022, please send an email to edugrad@hku.hk immediately, quoting your full name in English, University number and programme of study.
If your postal address is outside Hong Kong, you/an authorised person have to collect the Congregation package from the Faculty Office, 4/F, Meng Wah Complex, HKU. Details on the collection method and period will be sent to these graduands separately.
Please also note that anyone who wishes to enter any part of the HKU campus must comply with the HKU Vaccine Pass requirements at https://covid19.hku.hk/control/hku-vaccine-pass/. Under the “0+3” quarantine arrangements implemented by the HKSAR Government since late September 2022, relevant inbound persons are not required to undergo compulsory quarantine but are under three days of medical surveillance, during which they are subject to Amber Code restrictions. As at November 24, 2022, holders of the Amber Code are allowed to enter the Grand Hall. Loan of Academic Dress
For degree graduands:

For PGDE graduates:
Please note the PGDE qualification does not require formal conferment at the University Congregation as specified under Statute III (3). There is also no academic dress for PGDE graduates (please refer to G18 of the General Regulations at https://calendar.hku.hk/general-regulations/ for details).
With a special arrangement made by the Faculty, PGDE graduates can rent a black bachelor gown (no hood or cap) from a designated vendor. Please refer to the Information on Gown Rental and Online Reservation Guideline for details.
Collection of Certificates
The exact date for collecting certificates for winter Congregation graduates will be announced by the University in due course. Please refer to the University Congregation website for details: https://www4.hku.hk/congreg/certificate.
