“Knowledge acquired from the MSc(ITE) programme is of utmost importance to my career as a lecturer. Facilitated by highly-qualified and experienced teaching staff, I have been inspired a lot to successfully incorporate ICT in my teaching. I also gained a lot of practical experience which can be applied to my teaching. Specific aspects such as the design of ICT-lead teaching and learning activities as well as the creation of multimedia teaching materials had been covered in the curriculum. Skills I learned are in turn beneficial to my students as greater engagement has been reflected from the active response received from my students. Moreover, I was given a valuable opportunity to strengthen my research ability when being a member of the Research team in the Centre for Information and Technology in Education (CITE) such that my research ability is further enhanced.”
