A word about me:

• I was born and grew up in the U.K. I worked there first as a teacher with children experiencing severe learning difficulties, then as a practising educational psychologist, before coming out to Hong Kong in 1984 to teach and research in educational psychology. My research and teaching interests cover a wide range of topics in learning and development, especially applied behaviour analysis, non-professionals as teachers and therapists and (more recently) gender identity development and transgender.
