Dr Siu has a solid background in Computing and Science Education with many years teaching experience in primary, secondary and tertiary education. He is Teaching Consultant in the Division of Information and Technology Studies, Faculty of Education at The University of Hong Kong. His research interests and experiences are diverse, covering areas such as multimedia in education, information literacy, information management, information and communication technology in education, and science teacher education. He has published, as author or co-author, many academic papers on the use of ICT in education.

Research Projects
- QEF research Co-Investigator "Inquiry project based learning with Web2.0" April 2008 to 2012.
As part of the Co-Investigator in the QEF project, each of the Co-Investigator need to assist in the main project research and also need to create a research in the field of his/her expertise. I am now the Principal Investigator of the proposed project "Using online self reflection to enhance the development of personal and social values and attitudes in PBL"
